Q1) How to onboard as a supplier?
  • Step 1: Open www.finixel.com and click on the “Register As A Supplier”
  • Step 2: Fill your account information then click on the” Proceed”
  • Step 3: Fill in Personal information then click on the “Register”

  • Step 4: Your account is created and then click on the “Go to dashboard”

  • This is the supplier dashboard. Here supplier can add the products but for that supplier must have to purchase the supplier membership plan then only supplier will be able to use all the features of the dashboard.

Q2) How to purchase a seller membership plan?
  • Step 1: Open Finixel.com then go to footer section and click on “Supplier Login”
  • Step 2: Fill in your registered email id and password then click on the“sign in” step2
  • Step 3: You will get supplier dashboard then click on the supplier profile. step3
  • Step 4: Click on the“Pricing” step4
  • Step 5: Select your membership plan and then click on the“Purchase Membership” step5
  • Step 6: Then page will be redirected to the supplier dashboard then again select the membership group as shown in the below image. step6
  • Step 7: Select Payment options and then click on the “Pay with Razorpay”.If you want to change the shipping and billing address then click on the“Edit” step 7
  • Step 8: Select your payment method and fill the details of your card and then you will get a mail for order confirmation in the registered mail and then you can use the supplier dashboard features. step8

Q3)How to Login as a supplier?
  • Step 1: Open www.finixel.com and then click on the"Supplier Login"in the footer section.
  • Step 2: Fill your registered email id and the password then click on the "Sign in"
  • Step 3: Then you will get the supplier dashboard.
Q4)How to add a new product in the supplier dashboard?
  • Step 1: Open finixel.com and then click on the“Supplier Login” login
  • Step 2: Log in as a supplier 2
  • Step 3: After log in as a supplier then you will get a supplier dashboard then click on the“Products-->Add Products”
  • Step 4: Select the“Product Type”then click on the“Continue”
  • Step 5: Select the“Product category”and then click on the “Done”
  • Step 6: Write down the Product Name
  • Step 7: Fill in the“Product Description”
  • Step 8: Fill in the Short Description of Product
  • Step 9: Fill the product details
  • Step 10: Add the Product images
  • Step 11: Fill in all the details of product and then click on the“Save”.
Q5)How can you edit the Product later in the supplier dashboard?
  • Step 1: Login as a supplier then go to “Products-->My Products List”
  • Step 2: This is the Product list of suppliers and if you want to edit the products then click on the marked position(2)as shown in the below picture.
  • Step 3: After that a box will pop out then click on the “OK”
Q6)How to delete the Product in the supplier dashboard?
  • Step 1: First Log in as a supplier then go to Products-->My Products List then click on the “Product ID checkbox”as shown in the below image.
  • Step 2: Then click on the “Actions->Delete”
Q7)How can supplier manage the RFQ process in the supplier dashboard?
  • Step 1: Open www.finixel.com and then click on the "Supplier Login"
  • Step 2: Sign in as a supplier.
  • Step 3: Then click on the "RFQ"
  • Step 4: Click on the "View Request"
  • Step 5: Click on the "Show info"to get the complete RFQ details.
  • Step 6: Click on the "Quote Product"
  • Step 7: Fill in the product quote info
  • Step 8: Fill in the product sample info and if you don't want to give any sample then select Samples-->NO
  • Step 9: Fill in the shipping info and then click on the "Send Quote"
Q8)How can the supplier check all answered RFQ?
  • Step 1: Login as a supplier(see the Q3. How to Login as a supplier?)
  • Step 2: Then go to RFQ and then click on the "Answered"
  • Step 3: Click on the "View Request"
  • Step 4: Here supplier can see all the reply of the customer and also can see the supplier quoted request.
  • Step 5: : If you want to send a message to the customer then click on the "Message"
  • Step 6: Write down your message and then click on the "Send Message"
  • Step 7: If you want to send a quote again to the customer then click on the "Quote Again"
  • then follow the same procedure from step 7 to step 9 (Q7 How to manage the RFQ Process)
  • Step 8: If you want to reject the customer quoted request then click on the "Reject Request"
  • Step 9: Here, mention the reason of the reject quote then click on the "Reject Quote"
Q9)How can the supplier check the confirmed RFQ?
  • Step 1: Login as a supplier(see the Q3. How to Login as a supplier?)
  • Step 2: Then go to RFQ and then click on the "Confirmed-->View Request"
  • Step 3: Here you can check the supplier confirmed RFQ.
Q10)How can you check the supplier rejected RFQ?
  • Step 1: Login as a supplier(see the Q3. How to Login as a supplier?)
  • Step 2: Then go to RFQ and then click on the "Rejected-->View Request"
  • Step 3: Here you can check the rejected quote.
Q11)How can you check the pending RFQ quote?
  • Step 1: Login as a supplier(see the Q3. How to Login as a supplier?)
  • Step 2: Then go to RFQ and then click on the "Pending-->View Request"
  • Step 3: Here, you can check all the conversation of customer and supplier.
